CUBA.

The American cruising ship Marblehead saluted the Cuban flag. Supplies are being received at Havana from the south-west. The Americans report in high terms of the bravery of the insurgents. The report that transports are off Santiago is not confirmed. Ihe Telegraph's Washington correspondent reports that the war officials expect Admiral Cerveras' squadron will be captured thia week.
