GERMANY AND SPAIN.
Another German warship has been ordered to proceed to Manila, making five on the station. It is reported that Spain is prepared to cede the Caroline Islands to Germany if Germany will intervene between the United States and Spain. The German and Spanish officers at Manila are on very cordial terms. The captain of the German warship Iren declared that America will not annex the group while William is Kaiser.
