PREPARATIONS FOR ATTACK ON CUBA.

Great preparations are being made in connection with the expedition which is intended to start from Tampa, on the Florida coast, to attack Cuba.

The expedition will comprise 3000 infantry, 1000 cavalry and 10 batteries of artillery.

The volunjsers for service in Cuba include 50,000 Jews.

The American Squadron under Captain Sampson, which has been blockading the Cuban coast, has left the vicinity of Havana, and is be lieved to be proceeding to Key West.
