SPANISH REPORTS.
The Spanish newspapers report that the American ironclads have been obliged to withdraw from Cuba.
The Spanish torpedo boat flotilla, which with its convoying cruisers has been at the Gape Verde Islands for the last week or two, has put to eca, sailing to the southwards.
General Blanco reports that an ironclad belonging to the American squadron is ashore at Dema3 (? Cardenes), and three of her com* panion ships are helping her.
