AUSTRIA'S ASSISTANCE TO SPAIN.
The Emperor of Austria has given £20,000 to the Spanish National War Fund.
The Emperor also allows his officers to^Bght on the side of Spain.
Archduke Eugene, nephew of the Emperor of Austria, is in Madrid assisting l ,ha Qaeen Regent.
