<• *—— — - (Before A. Greenfield, Esq., S.M.) Thursday. **- The remainder of the business done after our publication on Thursday was -as follows : — T. Westwood v. A. R. Pollock.— Claim £s as Bd., An order for payment was granted* T. Clune v. M. Costella.— Claim £2 3s. Ordered that the amount be paid before the 30th May or in default 7 days' imprisonment. • P. Hennessy v. T. Hargrave. — Claim £1 17s 6d. The amount was ordered to be paid at the rate of five shillings per week. E. Piggott v. J. Hayes.— Claim — . Judgment for the sum of eight shillings and costs 16s. The case of John Reeve v. A. Wakefield for the value of a horse was adjourned to Palmerston N. The cases of Amos Burr v. S. Saville, for. breaking and entering, and also one for damaging property, were dismissed. Mr A. S. Baker appeared for defendant. J. Gibson did not appear to support his charges of theft of tools against two natives, and the cases were therefore dismissed. The Court was then adjourned to the 26th May.
