CAPTURES.
Tbo report as to the capture of tho trading steamer Shenandoah by tbe Spaniards proves to be incorrect. A later report states that the steamer Paris has sighted the Shenandoah in mid-Atlantic.
Tne Spanish -gunboat Elcano has captured the American ship Saranac, wifch a cago of 1640 tons of coal, off Manila.
The Prize Courts have been re quested to treat all case 3 coming be fore them with liberality.
