♦ Yenterday the Oroaa Polo t«am travelled to Balls and played a team of the Rangitikei Olab whom they defeated by 6 goals to S. The teams were :— Ranoitikei.— H. Wilson 1, D. ttiddiford 2, K. Dalrymple 3, N. Wiloon back. Oroua.-J. Strang 1, A. String 2, 0. Robinson 8, W. Straog took.
During the second spell A. Strang got a terrible blow over the eye which cut his head open and though he pluokily played on, made him of little use as he could not see the ball. _____
