Potato Biscuit.
Take 2 oupfuls of mashed potatoes, and while they nro hot stir into thorn a teaBpoonful of hutter. When cool, add 2 cupfuls of Hour, enough milk to make n soft) dough and about 8 tablespoonf uls of yeast or oue-fourth cake of compressed yeast dissolved in S tablespooniuls of warm water. Knend for a few minutes and sot to rise over uigbt in a not too warm place. In the morning, roll out, cut into biscuit about an inch thick and set in a warm place to rise. When light, bake in a hot oven from SO to 80 minutes. The dough must be made very soft to insure success. Be sure not to out them at the table.
