(Before Alf. Fraser, Esq., J.P.) Gharle3 Bedford was charged by Constable Salmon with being an idle and disorderly person, with no visible means of support. The accused pleaded Guilty. '''The accused was sentenced to seven days imprisonment in Wanganui gaol. Charles Bedford was further charged with being a dangerous lunatic and unfit to be at large. The Court remanded him to Wanganui for medical examination.
