The Ohau and Levin Racing Cluds.
The Otafei Mail reports thai it is announced that the Metropolitan Club has now refused to approve either of the programmes submitted for New Year's Day, for the reasoE that the two meetings being so olose in locality, neither could possibly succeed. . .
The reason assigned by the Metropolitan Olub for the rejection of both programmes is, practically, that both Clubs are to blame for not arriving at an amicable arrange* ment in regard to their respective dates of racing, instead of clashing by both determining on New Year's Day.
