The public mind in the city, which has been excited over the terms of peace treaty, is becoming more calm in tone.
The Duke of Sparta, the Greek Heir Apparent, who acted as com-inander<in-Chief of the Greek army in the late war with Turkey, in tbe course of an interview made some sensational disclosures as to the un* prepared condition and utter want of discipline amongst the troops under his command. He also accused Colonel Smolenski, one of tbo Greek Divisional Commanders, of murderously refusing aid to him at the battle of Domoko, where the Greeks suffered a severe defeat.
