The Upper Swat tribes have submitted and surrendered their rifles to the British authorities.
The mollaha Hadda and Suffi have fled to Ningraha, amid the nurses of the tribesmen. Hadda fell from his horse, and had sub spquently to be carried by his followers on a litter.
The mollaha Hadda and Eetar have persuaded the Orakzais to bold Sampago Pass, and the Afridis are defeuding Bazang Valley against the British punitive forces.
Colonel Westmacofct's brigade has destroyed the towns and villages in the Yarobi Valley, the headquarters of the mollah Hadda, after meeting with savere resistance, and forcing a narrow defile guarding the entrance to the valley.
The British casualties during the fighting totalled twelve. Prior to his flight to Ningrabra the mollah ordered- the Mosque to bo destroyed. The Alikhel and Orakzais tribesmen in the Chaflki Valley have offered~to submit toßritioh authority.
