The Ameer of Afghanistan has censured the Governor of Jeialabad for having permitted Afghans to participate in . the attack on the British by the Tochi tribesmen near the frontier a few weeks ago, and also at Shabkadar. The Ameer's agent in Europe declares that the ruler of Afghanistan was never better disposed towards Great Britain, and states that the recall of the Ameer's agents from India has no connection with politios. Reinforoements of British troops will be despatched to India next month.
