Ward's Bankruptcy.
The examination of Mr Ward Oimmenced on Tuesday morning. Meson Solomon and McDonald, of Invercargil, represent the Official Liquidator, and Fred. Chapman and Theo. Cooper appear for Mr Ward. Mr Gallaway watches the proceedings on behalf of Mr Birch. At the outset the Judge said it was usual to tifce such matters in private, unless the parties agreed otherwise. Mr Ohapman said jp the Liquidator's report unfairly Attacked Mr Ward, the latter had from the moment of publication expressed to the Liquidator 'bis desire to be publicly ex* amiscdt *nd given an opportunity of answering that report.
