Greece and Turkey.
The Greek Government has appealed to the Powers to prevent pillage and outrage by the Turks in Tbessaly and EpirusThe Sultan shows no indication of intention to order the Turkish troops to evaouate Thessaly, or to reduce the amount of the war indemnity. As the result of the appeal made by the Greek Government to the Powers to prevent the Turks pillaging and committing outrages in Thessaly and Epirus, the British, Russian and Italian Ambassadors at Constantinople are obtaining reports in reference to the condition of affairs in Thessaly. The foreign Embassies have referred the questions of the abolition of the capitulation and the amount of the indemnity to be paid to Turkey by Greeoe to committees of experts.
