The British, French and Italian Ambassadors are opposed to the retrocession of Thessaly to Turkey. The Sultan has offered a pardon to the members of the Young Turkish Party, and.at a later date will grant the reforms demanded by them, if they will assist the Turkish Government in the present crisis. On the strength of these promises the Young Turkeyites have decided to suspend hostilities against the Government.
