London.
A Jubilea thankgiven sarvice will be held outside St Paul's on June 22nd. It will last ten minutes. The Queen carriage will be surrounded by her sons, grandsons and other princes on horseback. Almost every raoe subject to the Queen's rule will be present at the celebrations. The presence of great coal-beds in Newfoundland has attracted the attention of the British Admiralty, and negotiations are proceeding between the Admiralty and the Government of Newfoundland for the establish* ment of a naval station on the island. The Irish National League of Great Britain has appealed to the Irish not to share in the Jubilee celebrations. Mr T. P. O'Connor, member for Liverpool, has refused to take any part in the rejoicings, on the ground that the Queen's reign has proved disastrous to his country. Mr Dillon and other members of the Irish Party have presented the Jubilee ceremony tickets, which they received in the capacity of members of Parliament, to their friends.
