The Aliens Immigration Bill, recently introduced into the Volkaraad of the Orange Free State, has been withdrawn. In the course *of a debate in the Volksraad, a strong protest was raised against the waste of money in erecting publio buildings at Pretoria whilst the rest of the country is being neglected.
