Nominations for all events, except Polo Cup, close on Tuesday, October Cth, at 9 p.m. Handicaps to appear on Tuesday, October 13th. Acceptances, and entry for Polo Cup, close on Tuesday, October 20th, at 9 p.m. C. C. MILES. Secretary. RULES AND REGULATIONS. All ponies to be measured before starting. Nominators must state the bona fide owner of horses. Previous performances of the horses to be given at time of nomination, also colors of the riders. All horses must be ridden and driven out. If distanced by first horse, second and third money wi 1 be paid to the winner. AH protests to be accompanied by a fee of 2 soys., to be forfeited if the protest is not sustained. AH disputes and objections arising out of the Racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, whose decision phall be final, and shall not be questioned in any Court of Law. Entries only received on this condition. To be run under the Rules of the North and South Island Trotting Associations of New Zealand.
