Homes (Bulls), £10 13s; Charles W. Tringham, solicitor (Welling* ton), £8 7s 6d ; Leary & Co. (Wellington), £19 123 Id ; R. Harwood, labourer (Foxton), £40 ; W. Tempsitb (Manukau) £6 4s ; J. N. Williams (Hastings) £50. The assets consist of stud and racehorses, estimated at £1500, and book debts £182 15s, estimated to realise £100. The horses referred to above, together with the respective estimated values, are as follows : — At Kereru, Manawatu : Somnus, £500 ; Lochnagar, £250 ; 8-year old colt, £100; Nina, £20; Fugitive, £20. Ai Flemington, Wanganui : Rangatira, £100 ; Lady Artist, £100; Wairuareka, £100; Patience, £50 ; 8 year-old filly, £50 ; Mabel, £50; Lady Artist yearling, £50 ; Wairuareka filly, £30 ; Lucky filly, £20; Mabel filly, £10 ; Fugitive filly, £10 ; Patience filly, £10 ; Brown Bess, £10 ; Brown Bess colt, £10; Patience foal, £10.

The first meeting of creditors takes place on Tuesday next, at 2.30 o'clock, at the office of the D.O A. — Chronicle.
