HOUSE OF HEPBESENTATIVES

Tuesday.

The House, after questions had been answered, adjourned till evening as a mark of respect to the memory of the late Hon. B. Pharazyn, M.L.C. In the evening the Financial debate was opened by the Hon. Capt. Russell, who said " Jobs, blunders, and harassment had been the history of the past five years." The Minister for Public Works replied, and Messrs Allen, Smith and McGowan also spoke.
