He adds that for five years he advised Free Trade and Federal defence with the Cape, Rhodesia retaining its independency. The confliot among the members of the Transvaal Executive respecting the sentences passed on the leaders of the Reform Committee continues, and in consequence the final decision has been postponed until Thursday.
