A steamer called the Three Friends bas sailed from New York for Cuba, taking 2000 rounds of ammunition, 500 rifles and a quantity of dynamite. The procession on the State entry of the Czar into Moscow for bis coronation was a gorgeous pageant. The Czar, mounted on a white charger, marched alone, followed by a calvalcade of Eastern and European Princes, -the Czarina, and the nobility. Two hundred thousand troops guarded the route from Petrovsky Palace to the Kremlin. Boundless enthusiasm was displayed by the populace. Macedonia is appealing to the Powers to insist on reforms based on the Treaty of Berlin, and declares that to expect any action on the part of the forte is meleis.
The police at Constantinople at* tempted to arrest a number of Ar. menians on board a French steamer, but the Crew prevented them from doing so.
