COMMITTEE MEETING.

A meeting of the newly elected Committee was held after the Householders meeting- when all the Committee were present. On the motion of Mr Dudson, seconded by Mr Hennessy, Mr Thynne was elected Chairman. On the motion of Mr Westwood, seconded by Mr Rhodes, Mr Ray was elected Clerk and Treasurer. It was decided to hold the monthly meeting on the first Thursday in each month at 11 a.m. at Mr Ray's office. The visiting Committee for the month are Messrs Hennessy and Rhodes.
