Football.
The secretary of the local football club has received notice of a general meeting of the Manawatu Rugby Football Union to be held on the 20th inst. The club is requested to elect two delegates to be present, when fixtures will be drawn up for the Senior Championship. It is very probable that all return matches with the local olub will be played in Foxs ton.
