On Saturday afternoon the Oroua played the Eangitikei No. 1 team and defeated them after a grand gaftie by 7 to 8. The spell opened with a free hit by Rangitikei in front of Oroua's goal, but Blundell made a bad shot, and Biddiford had hard luck in not scoring.
