The Marquis Rudini succeeds Signor Orispi as Premier. The Italian garrison will evacuate Kassala. The latest news is to the effect that the troops in Adigrat hare a month's provisions and ammunition. The Italian lossea in the recent engagement include 7000 white troop?, a million rifle cartridges, 5000 artillery cartridges, 5000 mules, and 10,000 rifles. The Shoana killed the wounded native allies of the I.alians, amputating their limbs and otherwise mutilating their bodies. It is feared that Italy wi-1 be compelled to retire from the Triple Alliance, owing to her shattered condition.
