Civatit.n of Boards of Agriculture in Irelaud. Public Health in Scotland. Water Supply in London. Arbitration in Trade Disputes. Also amendments to Companies Acd and a Bill dealing with the law of evidence. Provision for a large increase in the navy is also promised.
