The Times states that Venezuela had better request the United States G-ovprnment to facilitate the renewal of friendly relations with Great Britain. The New York correspondent of the Times telegraphs that it is reported that the American Go v»rnm9nt has apparently hinted to Venezuela that it had better arrange with Great Britain over the frontier difficulty. Lord Rosebery declares that foreign affairs at present demand fhe most concentrated, vigilant and attention of all parties. The new flying squadron is being orovisioned for six months. * The impression prevails that it will make a tour of the world.
