A Serious Accident.
On Saturday as Mr Langdon's b»ggy was returning over the Shannon ferry, driven by one of the station hands, by some misfortnne the horses, a pair of greys, jibbed in pulling up the. cutting, and eventually backed the vehicle into the river. The water is very deep on this side and with much difficulty one of the horses was saved, the other being drowned and the buggy went to the bottom of the river. Fortunately no one was hurt.
