Bill, the Lunatics Act Amendment Bill. ;. The Committee appointed to draw up reasons for disagreeing with the amendments made in the Criminal Code Bill, presented their report, which was agreed to. Mr McNab moved the second read-, ing of the Licensing Acts Amendment Bill. The whole evening was taken up with the discussion, during which the Premier announced that, the Government had a Bill on the subject. The second reading was carried on the voices.
