WILL YOU BE WISE ? OR FOOLHARDY? SUCH SYMPTOMS AS HEADACHE, BACKACHE, SLEEPLESSNESS, INDIGESTION fto., INDICATE A DISORDERED LIVER. CLEMENTS TONIC IS A PROMPT AND POSITIVE CURE. CLEMENTS TONIC DOES NOT TREAT SYMPTOMS, IT REMOVES THE CAUSE. FOR PROOF READ THIS :- Mr Chas. Friar, Nelson, N.Z , who writes , on May loth, 1898 :— I am much pleased to bear testimony to the value of Clements Tonic. For seven years 1 Buffered from chronic dyspepsia, and consulted many '■ doctoiß, and took gallons of different medicines, none of which did me the slightest good. Every meal I took used to cause me great inward pain, and invariably I used to throw it up again. At length I had to take all my meals perfectly dry, and in a a recumbent position, but without benefit. Accidentally I got hold of one of Clements Tonic pamphlets, and after reading its contents 1 resolved to try the medicine. After taking the first bottle I could take my food without lying down, and three bottles cured me en lively. I can now take my food solid, and liquid together, without the slightest after pain or tendency to throw it up. I feel perfectly well and have gained considerable flesh, whereas when the complaint was on me I was as thin as a skeleton. My age is 42, and present weight eleven stone four pounds. I shall consider it my duty to recommend Clements Tonic to all who suffer as I have done.— Chas. Nelson, N.Z. PERSONS OF DELICATE CONSTITUTION, who are obliged to abstain from ordinary Coffee, should try Crease's Takaxacum or Dandelion Coffee, which is recommended by the highest Medical Authorities as a very valuable beverage for those suffering from weak digestion, flatulency, nervousness, etc. Not to know is not to have. PROFESSOR LIPBEG says:-" We shall never know how men were first directed to the use of Coffee, but we may consider the article bo remarkable for its action on tha brain and the substance , of the organs of the motion as an element of food for organs yet unknown, which ore destined to convert the blood into nervous substances and thus recruit the energy of the moving and thinking faculties. If you wish to benefit yourself you could not do better than drink Crease's A.I. Coffee. Sold everywhere in 1 and 21b tins. For it is the best. "MAKING BOTH ENDS MEET " is rather a difficult task in life with many, but the expense of gosd cooking is reduced to a minimum by using the SUN BAKING POWDER, purer and cheaper than most i others. Give it a trial. TO-NIGHT. ]\ 1R MEREDITH, M.H.R., speaks JYI on Temperance in the Methodist Church at 8 p.m. GQ AW)"iiAs PIM,
