Precaution is taken so that creditors dan lddfje' a cd.vedt agaitlßt the granting of the settlement, atiti tib order to remove the caveat shall be shall be made unless the applicant satisfies the Court he can pay his debts and liabilities.
If the application is granted the land is registered in following manner !— For the personal use and occupation 1 of the settlor add his family } For distribution (which shall be the date of tbe death of the settlor, c»r the time when all tbe children of the settlor shall have attained the age of 21 years, or died under that age, Which ever even* shall last happen) amongst the family of the setil6r then living, or amongst those, if he has no family, who would be entitled in case of his intestacy if the land were not subject to this Bill. Th« settlor may regulate th« occupation of the family home as he thinks fit and after his death as directed in his Will.
If within six months after the date of registration the settlor becomes bankrupt, or makes any assignment for the benefit of his creditors or if the settler dies within the six months and his estate i 3 insufficient for the payment of his liabilities, the registration shall be rescinded by operation of the law.
