The enlrie d'honneu? will be in the Champs Elysees, and will be a sorb of immense forum peopled with beautiful statues. To the right and left artistic buildings will stretch to the Arenne d'Antin on the one side and to the Seine on the other. The banks of the Seine and the Esplanade will present the most wonderful appearance. On the left book a theatre will be built and palaces for foreign productions will spring tip* while outside, kiosks, cafes, and pavilions will spring to life. All these buildings will face the Seine, and at night, when they are illumi nated, will appear like a little corner of Venice in the middle of Paris. Bound the gardens of the Trocadero the colonial exhibits will be picturesquely grouped, and this will be a most inviting promenade for visitors, ai there will be every sort and kind of palm and exotic planted to make gardens as enticing as possible.
