Trouble in Chitral.
Reports, on which it is believed reliance may be placed, reached General Low on Sunday that Chitral had been relieved, but whether by Colonel Kelly or Colonel Gateacre is unknown.
Sher Afzul, the chieftain who came to Umra's help, has absconded. The Indian Government is anxious as to what is best to be done with Ohitral, and is considering wheiher ths ruler at present recognised, ,the Amir ul Mulk, shall be deposed^ as he has been proved to be disloyal.: .
