Levett. Yesterday the Sandon Baoing Clnb held their «Qnaal meeting at Sandon. The weatherwag all that could be desired, and the attendance wai good. The whole of the day's sport was exceptionally well carried out, and the energetic secretary, Mr B. Or. Bel wards, and the other officials are to be complimented on their efforts. During the day the Sandon Brass Band gave selections much to their credit, considering the short time they have had to practise together in. The totalisator was under the charge of Mr Hill. A large number of visitors took advantage of the tram service, which was superintended by the guard, MrWrigley. They* expressed much pleasure in arriving on the course in plenty of time; and at having been able to witness the last race before being oompeUed to leave. Following are the results :— 1.
