HOUSE OP REPBESENTATIVES. Tuesday, October 19. The Speaker took the chair at 11.80 a.m. No real business was done, though much discussion took place, and as the Bills were not ready for the Governor's signature, the House adjourned to the next da}'. Wednesday, October 24. The House met at noon. The Speaker announced that the Vice-Regal assent had been given to the Appropriation Bills. The Premier laid on the table papers relating to Samoa, copies of which he proposed should be sent to the schools of the Colony. The Premier thanked the Speaker, who suitably replied. * The House then adjourned.
