The new Bishop of Wellington.

The Key. Frederic Wallis* M.A.is Fellow and Lecturer in Divinity oi Canis Cdllepe, Cambridge; .Mr Wallis took his B.A. in 1876, and is probably about 40 years of age When he was an undergraduate he obtained the Cams prize for Greek Testament ; and he was again adjudged that prize in 1877. He was placed in the First-class of tbe Classical Tripos in 1876. In 1878 he obtained a First class in the Theological Tripos, with the late Hon. lon Keith- Falconer, subsequently Professor of Arabic ; gaining at the same time the Bcholefield prize for distinction in knowledge of the Septuagint and the Greek Testament, and the Evans prize for knowledge of the Greek arid Fathei'S*. Mr Wallis has been one of the Examining chaplains of the Bishop of Salisbury since 1886.
