Owing to the Gree'f repudiation the German Government has decided to withdraw its Legation from that country, and suspends the commercial treaty. The most desperate of the Anar chists in Italy, will be deported to Utisca, an Island off the north coast of Sicily. M. Jules Simon, French statesman, describing an interview ho had with the German Emperor, states the latter declared that only a madmau or a criminal would drive Germany and France into war.
