Paris, June 10. In the discussion in the Chamber of Deputies on the British action with regard to French colonies, M. Delonole said that Great Britain had many vulnerable points, and that it was impossible for her to defy other nations with impunity. The French are trying to promote a conference to reconsider the Congo question. The Chamber of Deputies has passed a vote of credit of 1,800,000 francs for the pnrpose of reinforcing the French posts on Oubangi river, in the Congo district.
