I • At the Royal Aquarium London, Miss Nelly Wicks, will by Magisterial sanction, shave the scrubby chins of twelve men in ten minutes, Mr Be Rutzen having given his saction on the ground that the child was not likely to suffer any injury. He did not opparently, however express any opinions as to how the victims will feel. The competition in shaving between Wicks & Lloyd will commence on Monday, and will be continued for a fortnight, each competitor having to find 100 men every night and shave them all in an hour.
