The Licensing Elections.

We are reminded by our contemporary the Pod that it behoves all persons whose names are not upon the Roll, and it should be those who did not vote at the last election, to hasten to secure that privilege. We are very much in the dark as to what is being done with our Roll, but we presume the Registrar is acting in accordance with the law, that is, striking off all who did not vote. Whatever he is at. it is as well for those who neglected to vote to send in an application at once. An elector upon the Roll has the right to vote for Committee men (or women) and also upon the issues to be put before them as to the number of licenses, &c. We trust the information will not be neglected and speeding action taken.
