KANGITIKEI RACING CLUB. The first Spring Meeting under the auspices of the above Club take place to morrow on their pretty racecourse at Bulls. The acceptances are above the average at this time of year, which proves the handicapper has done his work well, and should the weather prove all that is desirable a large attendance may be looked forward to. Owing to the continued wet weather the horses engaged will not be as forward as might be ex pected, consequently no sensational records will be registered.
