TnnnsDAY's Gazette announces that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in an Order in Council made on the sth day of January, IH.SB, under the provisions of the Education Act, LS77, relating (inter-alia) to attendance registers and returns, the payment of capitation allowance to Iv.lucation Bonrds for the quarter ending on the 80th day of September now current shall be according to the working-average attendance of the last preceding quarter, as working average is defined by Order in Council dated the s:h day of July, 1887, and made und-ir the provision.; of the beforementioued Act.
