The. amendments made in the Electoral Bill by the Legislative Council were agreed to. The second leading of the Public Revenues Bill was, after a debate, agreed to. The second reading of the Land and Income Assessment Act Amendment Bill was proposed, and a long debate ensued, after which the second reading was carried. The House rose at 3.10 a.m.
