He considered that the rabbit nuisance would be effectively checked if there were no inspectors. If they did he would not take up the time of the House with his Bill. The Premier said that the hon member must elect to take his own course. The Government had done their best to pass the Electoral Bill, and had with considerable difficulty carried it through committee, with ' the wome'n's franchise clause included. { \ Sir John Hall then moved the second reading of the Women s Suffrage Bill.
