The Tutaekara Mystery.

The hearing of the case in which William Joseph Smith was charged with the wiltul murder of his mate Jacob Jacobsen, at Tutaekara, in November, 1890, was continued in the Magistrate's Court at Pahiatua on Friday, before Mr 0.
