The death is announced of the Hon J. G. Blame, American statesman, at the ace of 63. President Harrison has ordered a month's national mourning for Mr Blame's death; The funeral took place yesterday. News from 1 Hawaii states that the Queed has been deposed, and a Provisional Government appointed to administer the affairs of the islands pending negotiation of terms of union with the United States. The Queen of Hawaii was proposing to disfranchise foreigners, and place the government in the hands of the natives. The Ministers resigned on the 16th, and Judge Doule was appointed temporary Premier. Honolulu is in the hands of foreigners. The troops remained quiescent/and the Queen was deposed without loss of life. She has gone to the country Three hundred sailors from the American warships have been landed as a precautionary measure. All the great powers with the exception of England have recognised the new administration. A commission headed by Mr Thurston has proceeded to Washington with a petition praying for annexation to the United States.
