Mr G. S. Bridge, Waverley, was elected a director in the. place of Mr . Alexander A-llison, resigned. The directors have had under consideration' for some time the advisableness of starting an auctioneers' and commission business in connection with the company, for the disposal of the shareholders' stock, .and at the meeting .jest^r^ay, It was resolved to erect yards in the principal towns along the coast, and engage the services ot Mr B.
